Denmark Diet Day 1

 So this was the picture that we used to follow the diet. It's in Korean, but the basic things can be found by the pictures lol

 We usually started the day by just boiling a sh*t ton of eggs LOL. Egg yolks have a lot of nutrients, but also a lot of cholesterol, so we limited ourselves to 1 egg yolk per day. For me, the eggs were the hardest part of the diet... it's gross af eating so many eggs.... :I

Okay so pictured is Day 1 Meal 1: Half a Grapefruit, Toast, 3 eggs.

Mood: Not too bad so far. Empty laughs about how this week will go...


Day 1 Meal 2: Already looking very bleak with 1 toast and 3 eggs...


Day 1 Meal 3: Fruits are friends...

Seriously, fruits saved me. They fill you up the most for this diet and taste the best :'))))))

We didn't do daily measurements so that we would see a better overall outcome at the end.

Day 1 summary: Not to bad, but eggs are gross.
