EASY DIY: DOG TENT

 

Another EASY DIY. A cute lil dog tent :')

You will need some sewing for this one. I made my sister do all of the sewing hahaha.

1. Cut 4 pieces of canvas cloth to around these dimensions. To be honest, we just eyeballed it, but ours measured to about 30 cm. If your canvas is big enough to go around, I would try to cut around so that you save some sewing time. It's not in the picture, but go ahead and leave some room at the top that you won't sew so that the dowels can get through.

2. Hem the bottom edges of each triangle

3. Sew each triangle to each other.

4. Pick your prettiest side, and cut down the middle. Hem each cut side. 

5. Grab 4 dowels and loosely position them so that they are how you intend your tent to be, and tie up at the top with some yarn or string. we just went around each dowel/ two dowels at a time until it wouldn't budge. :) 

6. Decorate how you like!! Put a cushion in there, add some ribbons, a name tag, some flowers, however you want. :)
