Denmark Diet Day 3

 Day 3 Meal 1: 1/2 grapefruit and 1 egg

 Day 3 Meal 2: 1/2 grapefruit, fruit salad, toast.

Day 3 Meal 3: Fruit salad, 2 eggs, small chicken breast

In our attempts at changing things up, we made our fruit salad into a smoothie with some ice and water. It's super yummy if you put things like strawberries and orange and banana. c: but fr, don't put watermelon. Watermelon just overpowers everything and gives it an overall nasty texture.

Also, again, meat is good LOL :')
